Sage Goodwin is a historian of twentieth century media, race, and protest and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Charles Warren Center. The manuscript she is currently working on examines how the mid-century African American freedom struggle interacted with the development of the network television news industry in the United States. She holds a D.Phil. in History and an M.St. in US History from the University of Oxford. Before coming to Harvard, she was a Research and Teaching Fellow at the Rothermere American Institute at the University of Oxford.
