Rebecca Lemov

Visiting Scholar in the Charles Warren Center for Studies in American History

Rebecca Lemov is writing a history of coercive interrogation and brainwashing from the Cold War to the War on Terror. She is a professor in the History of Science department at Harvard, and the author of books about famous, infamous, and little known experiments in the behavioral sciences, including World as Laboratory (Hill and Wang, 2006) and Database of Dreams (Yale, 2015).
