As coordinator of Harvard’s Warren Center fellowship program, Marian brings a well-rounded background in music education leadership, digital archive management, and startup operations to support the center’s community of American History scholars.

Before this role, she led PULSE Music Method training programs at Berklee College of Music, traveling nationwide to work alongside passionate music educators supporting students in hundreds of schools. She received the Vice-Presidential Award for her leadership in directing PULSE Training Institutes and valued the opportunity to mentor youth as a faculty member at Berklee’s City Music Preparatory Academy

Earlier in her career, Marian was the fifth founding member and Director of Operations at Clarity Payment Solutions, where she helped scale the New York City–based fintech startup to a $53 million acquisition in just 4 years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Belmont Council on Aging, a nonprofit that supports local senior programs through fundraising and community engagement.
