Mill Town: Reckoning with What Remains, runner up for The 2022 Eric Zencey Prize

Kerri Arsenault is a Charles Warren Center American Democracry Fellow and author of "Mill Town: Reckoning with What Remains", which was the runner up for The 2022 Eric Zencey Prize in Ecological Economics, which was created to recognize the best current affairs book or long-form journalism that advances the public understanding of real-world environmental challenges using principles of ecological economics, a field that explores the relationship between economics and Earth’s limited natural resources. The award, given every two years, was announced by the University of Vermont, the Gund Institute, and the US Society of Ecological Economics.
